Our concept is to offer personal training sessions or a fun and exhilarating circuit fitness class to the local community in order to improve their health and general well-being.
We provide opportunities for people of all fitness levels and abilities to become more active and improve your overall health. Our circuit fitness classes are open to anyone, regardless of ability (physical disability, learning disability, or fitness level). The unique capability of the business is that we will be open to all, even if you require additional support.
All Ability Circuits & Fitness has taken over The Hall, London Road Studio, Samson Avenue, Kilmarnock as of July 2022, where we offer:

Other classes offered by external trainers (i.e. Yoga and Karate).

One-on-one sessions, as well as buddy and small group sessions, are available.
12 week and 10 week programs get two weeks free.
8 week and 6 week programs pay for two sessions per week – get one free session within your 6 / 8 week program.
We also offer a 4 week program.
Nutritional advice is optional with all programs.

Strength Training
Strength training (also known as resistance exercise) increases muscle strength by making muscles work against a weight or force.
Mobility
It combines mobility exercises that increase the range of movements and motions your body can perform. These include flexibility, but also balance, pliability and strength.
Weight Loss
Exercise is helpful for weight loss and maintaining weight loss. Exercise can increase metabolism, or how many calories you burn in a day. It can also help you maintain and increase lean body mass, which also helps increase number of calories you burn.
